A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Phil has a B.S. in Agriculture / Animal Science and he is also a graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering.
After 20 plus years as an executive with a graphic arts company in St. Louis, MO, Phil was able to combine his business acumen with his passion for private land management and begin a new career helping others achieve their dream of owning farm land and recreational property.
Phil’s initial start in real estate was with Whitetail Properties where he was awarded Rookie of the Year. After two successful years he was able to get his Brokers license and acquire the United Country franchise in the St. Louis area. Phil also has his Sales Broker license in Illinois.
Phil is involved in his community having served over nine years on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities and served the last two years of his stint as the Chairman of Board. He continues his charity work as the Co-Chair of Kids and Clays, a sporting clays tournament that benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis serving families with seriously ill children.
One of his specialties is uniting rural sellers with urban buyers. “Many of our customers are looking for property within a 2.5 hour drive from St. Louis where they can escape for great hunting or a get away with family and friends. Our extensive database allows us to be successful uniting buyers with sellers.”
Having owned several farms, Phil knows private land management and what it takes to develop them to their full potential and grow trophy deer. He is always willing to help his clients with helpful hints and show them the practices that are currently in place on his own property.
